COMMUNITY DESCRIPTION

Leitchfield is a city in Grayson County, with a population around 6,500 people. Leitchfield  is a little over an hour southeast of Owensboro, KY and just over an hour from Louisville, KY. The town is named for Major David Leitch, an aide to Gen. George Washington.
